Back Porch Group to Offer Sober Support at NWSS

The Back Porch group are concert and festival goers who have chosen to live drug and alcohol free. Their primary purpose at shows and festivals is to make themselves available to anyone who feels the group may have something they want. They don’t tell others how to attend their show, rather they offer clean and sober support, strength, fellowship and hope. They are not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous nor any other twelve step group, but are a group of friends sharing a common bond, providing support, information and some traction in an otherwise slippery environment.
